Sommer provides legal services to an internationally recognized expert and author in several areas of youth-at-risk and child well-being including sexual abuse, physical and emotional abuse, bullying and interpersonal violence, and child safety. Additionally, Sommer reviews the law in the applicable jurisdiction and assesses standards and practices, policies and procedures, and questions of negligence. Ms. Wall's experience includes extensive eDiscovery and litigation in the areas of economic crimes, construction defect, federal drug crime prosecution, telecommunications, patent infringement, bankruptcy, and labor and employment.  She is an accomplished researcher and writer and has drafted eDiscovery protocol and guidance for Federal agents and prosecutors in regard to technical specifications for data processing and production.

Chelsea currently works in Client Engagement at Innovative Discovery. She started her career in e-discovery in 2017 after joining TotalDiscovery and Catalyst Repository Systems. Working for these companies has given her experience in both the software side of the industry and well as the services sector. Chelsea is based in Denver, Colorado and helped found the ACEDS Denver Chapter that started early in 2020. When she is not working, Chelsea enjoys the typical Colorado lifestyle of snowboarding, hiking, camping, concerts, and everything outdoors.

As Principal at ESI Attorneys, Kelly manages a boutique ediscovery and information law firm that acts as operational business partners with its clients to advise law firms, corporations and municipalities on all areas of electronic information including ediscovery, privacy, cybersecurity and information governance.  Kelly is passionate about teaching lawyers how to identify and leverage electronically stored information for the best outcomes. She is the creator and founder of eDiscovery Assistant (www.ediscoveryassistant.com), an online resource for case law, rules, checklists, forms and learning in electronic discovery.

Adam Platt is Senior eDiscovery Analyst at Colorado-based FirstBank, one of the largest privately held banks in the United States. Adam established the Bank's eDiscovery team, which he continues to lead. He also assists the IT Department in negotiating technology contracts and defending the bank in Software Licensing Audits. Prior to joining FirstBank, Adam spent 10 years as a litigator specializing in Commercial Litigation.

James Reynolds has nearly two decades of experience in the legal industry acting as a trial paralegal, litigation support specialist, and certified e-discovery specialist at federal and state level courts. He has assisted with trial cases involving national clients as large as Ford and Great American Insurance Group and has been a contractor for the Department of Justice. James has regularly entrusted to assist litigators by performing electronic presentation of evidence, preparing in-depth background research analysis, assess likelihood of recovery, discover hidden assets, and locate difficult-to-find persons of interest.
