Leaping Forward: Evolving ESI Protocols Webinar Series, Part III

June 6 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

Join us for Part III of our webinar series. We are bringing a fantastic panel of judges together for an insightful discussion.

The Judges Panel

Midwest ACEDS Chapters are thrilled to bring a fantastic panel of judges together for an insightful discussion moderated by David Horrigan of Relativity.

In previous sessions, we have discussed challenges derived from poorly written or out-of-date ESI protocols from practitioners and industry specialists and their advice on how to modernize protocols to fit modern discovery. In this session, we will hear from the judges as they share their perspective on how ESI protocols affect proceedings, trends they are seeing, and their opinions on where we are going. It is our privilege to have U.S. Magistrate Judge Patricia Barksdale (M.D. Fla.), U.S. Magistrate Judge Allison Goddard (S.D. Cal), and U.S. Magistrate Judge Joel Richlin (C.D. Cal.) joining us for this session.

Join us on June 6, 2024, for the Judges Panel!
